The sun peeks out between bands of clouds in this windy green water scene. Unusual for me, I used a bit of modeling paste in this painting to give it a bit of texture. The result is edges in the clouds that cast their own shadows, and enhanced ripples in the waves. I did this piece simply to try out the medium I used.
