Textured painting of pale pink blooms in a glass in front of a plaster wall. This painting reminds me of our family home in Houston, where my mom won Garden of the Month twice, and the foyer and staircase featured grasscloth wallcoverings. I painted this arrangement before; see "White Peonies". This time I added color to the composition.
