Originally painted a couple years ago, I reworked this canvas to give more natural coloring to the sky, water and sand. The result puts more emphasis on the people enjoying the beach. This is a typical Cape May summer scene, not a particular beach or specific people. A good number of the people seem to be from out of town though, based on their pinking sunburns.
