September is the month locals enjoy the most.  The weather is usually great, the water is warm, migratory birds abound, and the beaches aren't packed like a subway car at rush hour.  
I worked hard on this painting, and there are still some things I would change, but I'm going to call it "done"...I can always start another.  It's September, and I'm going to the beach.
